Serial Number log: Auditing

Unlike most competitors we just don’t provide you with a “Certificate of Destruction” which state “Storage media were picked up from (Client’s name) and destroyed and data cannot be recovered” This does not prove anything, you don’t have any record of which storage media was destructed / shredded. We provide you with a Certificate of Destruction along with a Serial Number log for all hard drive that we shred and destruct. What if your organization is charged with privacy laws. Should you only have a “Certificate of Destruction” you have no evidence that you had those hard drive destructed/shredded. But should you have our Serial Number log along with our Certificate of Destruction you will be free from liabilities of those hard drives stated in the Serial Number log. This provides you with extra security which you need when it comes to the privacy laws.
